SPORT DESCRIPTION: 

A single day swim meet hosted at the Windsor International Aquatic & Training Centre.  Built in 2014, this state-of-the-art, indoor aquatics facility has hosted numerous world-class events and Olympians from dozens of countries.  The Olympic pool will be set in a 10 lane, 25 metre (short course) configuration with an additional 10 lane, 25 metre, warm-up/warm-down pool adjacent to the competition pool. All swimmers will be assigned randomly to heats and lanes.  All swimmers compete against the clock.  Until the meet begins a swimmer can scratch from an event. No deck entries will be allowed. Relays must be made up of competitors from the same agency/organization. Team events (200m Medley & Freestyle Relay) consist of 4 person, same gender teams.  Co-Ed 200m Medley & Freestyle Relays consist of 2 men & 2 women.

EVENTS:

• 50m, 100m, 200m Freestyle
• 50m, 100, Backstroke
• 50m, 100m Breaststroke
• 50m, 100m Butterfly
• 200m Individual Medley (Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly and Freestyle done in this order)
• 200m Medley Relay
• 200m Freestyle Relay

Each event above will be offered in the following age/gender categories:

• Men’s Under 30 – ages 18 through 29
• Men’s Senior – ages 30 through 39
• Men’s Master – ages 40 through 49
• Men’s Grand Master – ages 50 and over

• Women’s Under 30 – ages 18 through 29
• Women’s Senior- ages 30 through 39
• Women’s Master- ages 40 through 49
• Women’s Grand Master- ages 50 and over

Co-Ed Open Team Events:

• 200m Medley Relay
• 200m Freestyle Relay
