SPORT DESCRIPTION:
This 5K course is mixed terrain with various surfaces including pavement, grass, wood-chip and gravel traversing a 175-acre park which features the highest hill in Windsor and Essex County. For those who want some off road excitement and natural beauty, we have selected a course that is challenging but achievable for intermediate cross-country participants. Parking is available and free for vans and cars at Malden Park.
