SPORT DESCRIPTION:
There will be 2 different events available. You must register for either the Long Course Triathlon or the Sprint Triathlon. Long Course is 1000M swim, 32K cycling, 6K run. Sprint is 500M swim, 16K cycling, 3K run. Team Relay in either the Long Course or Sprint will consist of one swimmer, one cyclist, and one runner. As individual and team events start together, team competitors may NOT compete in the individual events.

SPORT DESCRIPTION: This is a 2-person team event with a total of 18 holes played in one day. It is a Scramble format where the best shot is chosen, and all players take their next shot from the same location until the ball is sunk in the hole. Each player’s handicap on the 2-person team will be combined together to form a team handicap which will then determine which flight they will compete in. Golfers may select their own team members, or an individual may be pooled with another team as formed by the Event Coordinator. Each 2-person team will have a team name to identify the team and team members are not required to be from the same agency. Each team member must hit at least 4 drives for the 18 holes. This will be a shotgun start and will be limited to 144 competitors and will fill early so register as soon as possible. Medals will be awarded for the lowest Gross and Net Team scores. Each competitor must have proof of a certified handicap i.e.: RCGA handicap card or GHIN number at the time of the event. If a competitor is unable to obtain a certified handicap from their local professional, then the following will apply. Obtain 10, dated, witnessed, and attested scorecards with your score. Please ensure that the rating and slope are on the scorecard. Submit these at the time of your arrival when checking in at the host hotel to the Golf Event Coordinator. They will then provide you with a certified handicap. For purposes of Registration now, enter the Division of your team handicap or what it is anticipated to be.

LOCATION: Riverfront Festival Plaza, Windsor, ON
SPORT DESCRIPTION:
For this 5K running race, you’ll travel along Windsor’s Riverfront Trail – a paved, extra-wide path that meanders through the Odette Sculpture Park, past the Korean War Memorial, and through Centennial Park. While running west, you will get a great look at the Ambassador Bridge, which is the busiest international border crossing in North America. As you pass through Dieppe Park don’t miss monuments to the Canadian Army, Navy and Air Force. Along the way you should spot The Spirit of Windsor steam locomotive and the Firefighters Memorial as well. This is a nearly flat course along Windsor’s scenic waterfront with amazing views of the Detroit River and Skyline throughout your journey. After the race hang around for medal presentations, prizes and some snacks!

SPORT DESCRIPTION:
Each competitor is required to provide all personal equipment including bows, arrows, and ancillary equipment. This event is a 3D – 28 Target course with animal targets. Field tips only.

The indoor target event will feature a double “Vegas round”. The event will consist of 2 rounds of 30 arrows shot at 40cm “Vegas” style 3 spot 40cm target face. Each round of 30 arrows will be shot in 10 ends of 3 arrows.

SPORT DESCRIPTION:
Bench Press Meet. This event will be run concurrently with the full Powerlifting Event. Powerlifters’ bench presses will qualify for placing in this event as long as they submit a registration for BOTH the Powerlifting Event AND the Bench Press Event. Alternatively, competitors may compete in Bench Press only.
This will be a RAW (unequipped) competition with no bench shirts allowed. Singlets are preferred but shorts (no pockets) and T-shirts are permitted. Knee sleeves, belt and wrist wraps are permitted. Event organizers reserve the right to combine weight/age categories based on athlete registration. Weigh–in and start time subject to change. Entries for this event close 24 hrs. before event starts.

SPORT DESCRIPTION:
This sport combines two events – Pistol Shooting and Cross Country Running for a total of 3 miles (4.8km) and 24 rounds in the following sequence:
The team event shall consist of two persons. Each team member must compete in the individual portion of the Biathlon to be eligible for the team event. Competitors can only be on one team. Team will be placed in the age category of the youngest member. Individual scores are used to determine team scores. Their combined times (after penalty and bonus time) will determine each team’s placement. Competitors may use a duty weapon or approved handgun. Competitors must supply their own ammunition. No competitor will be allowed on the firing range without safety equipment comprised of a vest, ear and eye protection authorized by the Equipment Control Official. Each competitor shall bring his/her own safety equipment and they shall be checked at the same time that the triggers are weighted and tagged by the Equipment Control Official. (Ballistic Vest: Threat Level 2 as outlined by the National Institute of Justice. Eye Protection: Any polycarbonate lens what will deflect casings from both handgun and rifle rounds. Ear Protection: Any ear protection as long as the Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) does not exceed 33 decibels.) For safety reasons, competitors must be “qualified” with their firearm and familiar with range rules and safety (i.e. formal agency training). Team members must be declared prior to the individual matches. Biathlon silhouette targets will be utilized and supplied at the venue. If a competitor wishes to register for a team event and is not on a team, they can contact the Sport Coordinator who may place them in a pool for the team event. At the coordinator’s discretion, the person will be placed on a team on a first come, first served basis.
